We understand that it may become necessary for you to return an item to us that was ordered in error, or about which you change your mind once the item has been received. Please read this Returns Policy Document carefully and follow the instructions contained within it, in order that we may best respond to your situation.
SECTION 1 - ALLOWED TIME PERIOD
Should you notice that you have ordered an item in error, or change your mind about a purchase, you have 14 days, counting from the date of receipt of your purchased goods, to return the concerned item or items to us.
SECTION 2 - RETURNS PROCEDUREReturns must be requested by using the appropriate page on our online shop website. After completing a short questionnaire you will receive an RMA number. This RMA number should be clearly indicated on the returned package.
SECTION 3 - RETURN METHODS
Please send us any goods you wish to return by traceable small packet postage or similar. Our local customers may also bring the product around to our premises should they so wish.
SECTION 4 - CONDITION OF RETURNED GOODS
To be considered for a refund, returned items must be unopened, undamaged and in their original packaging.
SECTION 5 - RETURN SHIPPING COSTSIn cases where you wish to return a product as a result of an ordering error or because you have changed your mind, your return shipping costs will not, as a rule, be refunded. Exceptions may be made at our discretion should we consider it appropriate.
SECTION 6 - REFUNDED AMOUNT AND METHOD
The amount refunded in respect of a returned purchase will correspond to the purchase price you paid on order. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
The refunded amount will be credited to your account and can be redeemed against future purchases in our online shop.
